By accessing keraviz.com (the "Site") or utilizing our data visualization and expert analysis services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Keraviz.

Our platform provides enterprise-grade data strategy insights. If you are accessing these services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. Failure to comply with any part of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to our insights dashboard and consulting services.

Keraviz delivers high-signal analysis based on available market data and proprietary synthesis models. While we strive for absolute accuracy in our visualizations and reports, the nature of data processing involves inherent variables.

• A Insight Reliability: Services are provided for informational and strategic planning purposes. Keraviz does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or market performance.
• B System Availability: We maintain a high uptime standard for our digital dashboards but reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance or emergency updates without prior notice.
• C User Conduct: Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer our visualization algorithms or scrape data for unauthorized commercial use.

All content, including but not limited to visualizations, methodology descriptions, code snippets, UI/UX design, and synthesized reports, are the exclusive property of Keraviz unless otherwise stated.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the insights generated during their subscription period for internal business operations. Resale or public distribution of Keraviz-generated analysis without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of contract.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, South Korea.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the site. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
